The cable machines have certainly become popular in home gyms as well as in commercial sports training centers and clubs. There is a wide range of different kinds of cable machines to suit all sorts of requirements. Ranging from the weight stack and pull up bars to leg presses and curls, cable machines are available in almost every shape, size and design. In addition to providing resistance, cable machines can also do some cardio workouts or provide an elliptical trainer. If you choose this type of machine, you must make sure that the cable length is appropriate for your height and the weight stack.
